ENCOMPASS MEDIA DESIGN REFUND POLICY

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Products purchased from Encompass Media Design may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
Annual Plans – Within 30 days of the date of the transaction
Monthly Plans* – Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.)
“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Encompass Media Design in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.
You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund time-frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

Domain Backorders
If a Domain Backorder credit has been applied to an auction, then it is non-refundable (if not yet applied to an auction, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Domain Name Registrations/Renewals
Standard Terms
• New Registration 5 Days (120 Hours)
• Auto-Renewal (one-year) 45 Days (1080 hours)
• Auto-Renewal (multiple-year) 5 Days (120 Hours)
• Manual Renewal 5 Days (120 Hours)

SEO Services

SEO Services is a 12-month commitment billed monthly. You are expected to stay at the agreed upon price for 12 months. You can cancel SEO Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. When you cancel, you become responsible for maintaining any and all of the onsite or offsite optimizations previously done by SEO Services. If you cancel SEO Services within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you will have to pay for the first month and you will not be billed for future months.

Professional Web Design Services

Web Services: 30% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once complete.
Logo Design: 40% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once Artwork Delivered.

Purchased Product w/ Free Domain

In the event any purchased product includes a free domain name, if you cancel the purchased product, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount (the list price is the price of the domain name listed on Encompass Media Design, LLC’s website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).

Expert Services

If an Expert Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Hosting Services

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Printed / Custom Merchandise Issues


The industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy. However, if an order is defective due to material or workmanship on our part we will reprint the order and ship it Ground Service. When an error has been confirmed, (upon following instructions under “Customer Service – Return / Refund”) we will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order. We will process the reprint order exactly as you had originally requested plus any necessary corrections. The product, logo/artwork or imprint color cannot be changed when processing the reprint unless pre-approved by us.

Cancellations and/or Changes to Existing Orders

Once production has been initiated, changes or cancellations to an order cannot be guaranteed and fees may be assessed to cover any costs incurred by Encompass Media Design or its suppliers. These costs may include but are not limited to charges associated with order processing, set up, artwork preparation, production, shipping and restocking. Buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and associated cancellation/change fees. Order cancellation requests must be received in writing. Verbal and voice mail cancellations are not accepted.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns

Encompass Media Design values our customers and wants our customers to value our products and services. We have processes in place to ensure Customers receive high quality products and services. Encompass Media Design utilizes suppliers who demonstrate they share the same values that we hold and our customers expect. As such, we hold ourselves and our suppliers accountable for delivering value to our customers. Buyers are advised to:
1) Immediately upon delivery to inspect packaging for evidence of damage during transit and note any such damage on the courier’s documentation.
2) Open packaging immediately upon receipt and inspect merchandise. Inspect for accuracy, shortages, defects, damages, misprints, etc. to include appearance and functionality as applicable.
Buyers must advise Encompass Media Design at 866-597-2783 of any claim within 3 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. After this period of time, Encompass Media Design will be unable to process claims through suppliers. If no claim is made within 3 days, the Buyer and Encompass Media Design will understand the order to be complete and accepted in satisfaction of the sales order and all associated terms and conditions. If a claim is submitted, Buyer may be asked to provide order number and evidence of claim (e.g. photo, sample, etc.). Return of merchandise may be required, however, Encompass Media Design does not accept unauthorized returns. If return of merchandise is required, Encompass Media Design will advise Buyers of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
 If we make a mistake or a product is damaged, call us within 5 days of receipt. We’ll fix it, exchange it or refund your money when products are returned within 15 days of delivery of claim approval.

Warranty

Encompass Media Design warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Encompass Media Design by the manufacturer of the goods. Further, Encompass Media Design’s website and its content is provided and made available as-is, with all faults and on an as-available basis. Encompass Media Design makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
